FitKind™ — Fitness begins with feeling seen
FitKind™ is reshaping the future of wellness for anyone who’s felt unseen, unsafe, or unwelcome in mainstream spaces. We’re more than an app—we’re reclaiming movement as a space for care, autonomy, and community. Through a marketplace of trauma-aware trainers and coaches, a library of inclusive on-demand workouts, and identity-affirming groups, we help you find your kind of fitness.

I Am: A Journey of Self Liberation — #1 New Release on Amazon in Health & Spirituality within 24 hours
I Am is my story of reclaiming identity, freedom, and truth after navigating gender transition, mental health challenges, and LGBTQIA+ discrimination as a queer, first-generation South Asian American woman.
Through personal narrative, I offer a guide for anyone facing identity shifts, major life change, or recovery from trauma. This book laid the foundation for my work with FitKind™—bringing self-liberation into the body through movement, presence, and belonging in spaces never built for us.

NoZone™ & Taekwondo Mastery — Self-defense begins with self-worth
I created NoZone™ as a Taekwondo Master and trauma-informed educator to go far beyond technique. Most programs teach what to do; I focus on who you believe you are.
Through affirmations, movement, and the unapologetic practice of screaming “No,” NoZone™ helps people reclaim their right to safety and see themselves as worthy of protection. Designed for survivors, students, and anyone taught to shrink, it will debut as part of FitKind™’s public launch in January 2026.
