NoZone™ & Taekwondo Mastery Self-defense begins with self-worth

For over 20 years, I’ve practiced Taekwondo not just as a martial art, but as a path to embodied power. As a Taekwondo Master and trauma-informed educator, I created NoZone™ to go far beyond technique. Most self-defense programs teach what to do. I focus on who you believe you are.

NoZone™ helps people reclaim their right to safety by transforming how they relate to their own voice, body, and boundaries. Through affirmations, movement, and the unapologetic practice of screaming “No,” I focus on shifting people’s identity toward seeing themselves as worthy of protection. This work helps people own their boundaries, their voice, and their power and is designed especially for survivors, students, and anyone taught to shrink.

NoZone™ will debut as part of FitKind™’s public launch in January 2026.

I Am: A Journey of Self Liberation — #1 New Release on Amazon in Health & Spirituality within 24 hours

“They handed my glasses back to me, and I saw a tuft of hair swishing to the side with sideburns on each side. As I met this new version of myself in the mirror, I looked at my soul through my eyes and knew I was Zadian.”

I reinvented myself from a woman to a man and back again, from religion to spirituality, and from bondage to freedom. In I Am: A Journey of Self-Liberation, I describe how to reclaim your most audacious and authentic self through my own lived experiences.

This book uniquely tackles gender transition, mental health, and LGBTQIA+ discrimination from a queer, first-generation South Asian American woman’s perspective. I wrote this book for anyone going through an identity exploration, major life change, or recovering from severe trauma.

My deepest hope is that by experiencing my story, you’ll be able to unlock the freedom within yourself.
